Established
in 1964, BEIJING INT PLASTIC MACHINERY GENERAL FACTORY
is one of the oldest factories specializes in plastic
machinery product manufacture. With total area of 48 thousand
square meters including 18 thousand square meters, the
factory owns machining, locksmith assembly, plastic, mould,
heat treatment and electrical facility (electric heating
circle) workshops.

The
factory can produce 260 sets of plastic machines,
500-ton plastic products. Our major products: φ18-φ200
single-screw extruder, core and flat twin-screw
extruder, tubing and special tubing extrusion unit,
plastic film extrusion machine unit ( lay-flat width
of film: 300mm-5m), multi-layer co-ex film unit,
3L-800L plastic mixer, 200L/500L-500L/1600L refrigeration
& heat mixer unit, twin-screw multi-mix pellet-making
machine set, waste recycling pellet-making machine
set, variously sized single-layer and multi-layer
film extrusion machine heads, various extrusion
and injection molds, various injected plastic products.
At present, the factory owns over 200 sets of
equipment including vertical processing center,
data control milling machine, data control electric
spark machine and milling planer. Accordingly we
can accomplish various processing business with
international standard.
Today's factory owns above 280 employees including
over 30 technicians, 200 workers, and above 20 managers.

In recent
years, the factory has established BEIJING
FENGYANG PLASTIC & CHEMICAL ENGINEERING CO., LTD.,
BEIJING HUAXINKE PLASTIC MACHINERY
CO., LTD., BEIJING JITE PLASTIC
MOLD MANUFACTURE CO., LTD. with cooperation of BEIJING
FENGYANG INDUSTRY & TRADING GROUP, NATIONAL NEW POLYMER
EQUIPMENT PROJECT RESEARCH CENTER OF SOUTH CHINA UNIVERSITY
OF TECHNOLOGY and Japanese TSIJI Corporation to accelerate
system reform, absorb advanced technology and promote
our technology. Moreover, we own subsidiaries- FILM
EXTRUSION MACHINE HEAD BRANCH WORKS,ELECTRIC
FACILITY COMPANY OF BEIJING INT PLASTIC MACHINERY GENERAL
FACTORY.
Our
sales network has covered China, Russia, Egypt and South-East
Asia. Our products have won a name in international market.
