On the basis of combining the advantages and disadvantages of various optical cable and cable duct, C.O.D, produced by C.O.D production set and manufactured by bran-new idea, is a new generation optical optical cable with high performance. It adopts HDPE as main raw material, nacreous wall with extremely  low friction coefficient as subordinate tube on structure, and willowy corrugated duct with press-resistance as mother tube as well. It is made by complex extrusion. Its main characteristics are press-resistant, bendable, different and easy construction. Compared with other products, it has comparable advantages on the aspects of physical performance, use life and engineering construction.

Specially Shaped Plastic Extruder Set

Nationally advanced super-cone twin-screw plastic extruder with highly efficient molds can produce top quality PVC materials.
The assisting machine set consists of vacuum shaping, drawing, automatic cutting and stacking equipment. It can match with SJSZ52, 55, 65, 80 and 90 cone twin-screw and single-screw extruder. The set is designed for manufacturing plastic tubings, specially shaped materials, boards for construction and decoration. And the set features high automatization, excellent molds, large throughput, energy-saving and low noises.
