Black & White Mulch Film Set
Introduction
The set is designed for manufacture of white &
Black mulch film features obvious color boundary
and equal thickness, which is suitable for tobacco,
cotton, peanut, vegetable and flower planting. Application
of black & white mulch film can adjust temperature
of root-growth and control weed growing as well
as temperature promotion and moisture keeping. In
the case of using the product, expenses of herbicide
and manpower per mu will save RMB8-15 yuan, and
economic benefits per mu will increase RMB150-300
yuan. Up to now, this product has been widely applied
in cotton and tobacco planting area of Shandong,

Controllable Light---Biology Degradable Mulch Film Maker
As
"the 8th Five-year Plan" key science and
technology project, Controllable light, biology
degradable mulch film technology has been accredited
by national technology authentication. Up to now,
the product has covered millions of mu of agricultural
field in over ten of provinces and cities with excellent
effects on soil moisture-keeping, temperature promotion
and degradability. In the case of applying this
product in agricultural fields, the degradable mulch
film will appear crackles around 60 days from the
application date, cracks around 80 to 90 days, and
lose 60-80% of weight in three months. In the first
year, upper mulch film will degrades into powder,
simultaneously molecular weight and intensity of
mulch film buried in soil will decrease nearly 50%.
While revealing under sun after being turned over,
the film will turn into powder in short time and
then disappear, with no toxin and harmful influence
on soil and crops. Accordingly this product can
efficiently solve the problem of "white pollution".
Our mulch film set can produce super thin (0.005mm)
degradable mulch film with low cost, that is, compared
with common mulch film, our product will save over
RMB10 yuan per mu. Therefore, our product suitable
for popularization in China has won a name in agricultural
